Cancellation & Refund Policy

A strict cancellation policy is necessary to ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients. By booking a time slot, you are committing to a prepaid reservation, which includes costs associated with securing pool time and heating.

Private Lessons

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation.

For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, you may choose between:

• A makeup lesson (subject to availability)
• A partial refund of $30
• Refunds are limited to a maximum of 2 per session.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson are considered a lost class with no exceptions and no refund.

2-Student Group Lessons

• The 48-hour cancellation policy is waived for group classes.
• Makeup lessons are not available for individual student absences.
• If you are unable to attend a class, a partial refund of $40 will be issued.
• If all students in the group are unable to attend the scheduled class, a group makeup lesson may be offered, but is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
• Any group makeup lesson provided counts toward the maximum of 2 refunds/makeup credits allowed per session.
• Refunds/makeup credits are limited to a maximum of 2 per session.

3-Student Group Lessons

• The 48-hour cancellation policy is waived for group classes.
• Makeup lessons are not available for individual student absences.
• If you are unable to attend a class, a partial refund of $35 will be issued.
• If all students in the group are unable to attend the scheduled class, a group makeup lesson may be offered, but is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
• Any group makeup lesson provided counts toward the maximum of 2 refunds/makeup credits allowed per session.
• Refunds/makeup credits are limited to a maximum of 2 per session.
