Booking & Group Lesson Information

For this session, we will be offering group lessons with a maximum of 2 swimmers (and 3 upon request) per class. Because we are intentionally keeping groups small and matching swimmers based on skill level and availability, your preferred time is not guaranteed at the time of booking.

Please note: Private lessons are not being offered as the standard format for this session. They may be offered as an alternative if we are unable to place a swimmer into an appropriate 2- or 3-student group.

When booking, you will be asked to:

• Select your preferred day and time
• Provide additional days and time frames that would also work for you

Providing multiple options will help us match swimmers with similar skill levels and schedules and create the best possible group placements.

Your requested time is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us. Confirmation emails will be sent once we have finalized the schedule Monday October 5th.

Group Placement

We will do our best to place each swimmer in their preferred time and with swimmers at a similar skill level. However, placement is dependent on availability and matching schedules.

If we are unable to find a suitable group for your swimmer, we will contact you with available options. Depending on the circumstances, you may have the option to:

• Switch to another available time
• Join an existing 2-student group to create a 3-student group
• Upgrade to a private lesson, if time permitting

Scheduling

The upcoming session is anticipated to run every Sunday from October 11 - December 6, with scheduled breaks, for a total of 8 classes with a break on November 29th.

Because pool availability is limited for this session, lesson days and time slots will be more limited than usual.

Pricing

• 3-student group: $45 per swimmer / $360 per session
• 2-student group: $50 per swimmer / $400 per session
• Private lesson: $60 per swimmer / $480 per session**

Registration & Payment

Please provide as much scheduling flexibility as possible during the booking process. We will review requests, match swimmers based on skill level and availability, and send a confirmation email once your placement has been finalized.

Payment is due upon first lesson, failure to do so will forfeit your time slot.
